「Seiya!! Are you alright!? 」

I called out to Seiya from a distance, who was facing Leon bravely. I saw that Leon’s attack had stained Seiya’s body in black for an instant.

「Leon’s eyes…? 」

Leon laughed with a muffled voice.

「Preparation?! You’re talking like Seiya!! What do you mean by preparation?! 」

There was a dull buzzing sound. Leon once again manifested the Electro Blade. My whole body stiffened with anxiety and tension.

「Se…Seiya…! 」

「I wanted to save it for later, but I can’t avoid it any longer. 」

Seiya said with a light sigh.

「I’m going to activate Giga Haste. 」

「…!! Is that an evolved form of the Full Haste used by Mash in the previous Twisted World?! But I’m sure it gets activated by adding the power of the Holy Sword to the powerful Dragon form…」

Seiya had used Giga Haste in the previous battle against Mash, but that was just an imitation of Joker’s mimicry skill. However…

「If Mash can do it, then there’s no reason I can’t. 」

I was taken aback by what Celseus said. The dark crimson aura retreated as if defeated by the strike of lightning.

Soon the fierce clash of swords came to an end, and the two of them were revealed. They were several meters apart. I looked at Seiya and felt relieved. There were no cuts anywhere. It seemed that Seiya’s attacks had not hit Leon either. His shiny black body armor was still intact.

Neither of them had any injuries, but my heart started to race when…I looked at Seiya again. Sweat was running down his temples. Seiya only showed such an appearance in dangerous battles, like the one he had with the War Emperor or with Grand Leon.

Impatience grew inside me, and I shook Celseus by the shoulders.

「Hey, listen! A moment ago, Leon said, “Volt Prediction”!! Does that mean he activated a powerful skill, and his speed and power increased dramatically!? 」

「It didn’t look like he had a particularly strong power-up. 」

「Then, why was Seiya pushed back when he had turned into Berserker and had the power of Egzation embedded in his body!? 」

「I think he probably increased his own evasion ability. 」

Celseus’ words made sense to me. I see! Volt Prediction was a skill that increased his evasion ability! Therefore, Leon could attack easily while dodging Seiya’s attacks!

Leon responded to Celseus’ remark.

「Seiya’s attack patterns are visualized in Leon’s head…!?」

Leon started his pursuit attack after ignoring me. As soon as Leon disappeared from my sight, Seiya also disappeared. The trajectory of Egzation’s light and the lightning of Electro Blade crossed several times with one another.

A few seconds later, when they both stopped their attacks, they were in opposite positions to when they started. Seiya had not been hit this time, but he was breathing heavily. And Leon laughed with confidence again.

「What I’m doing is predicting your movements and countering them. They’re all deadly slashes. So I responded with the same degree in order to kill you. But you reacted with incredible speed and my attacks missed many times. 」

…Seiya was using his last resort, Giga Haste, so it was clear that he had more speed and power! Even though Leon’s skill was predicting Seiya’s movements, Seiya was able to avoid Leon’s counter attacks with an instant reaction!

Leon’s skills were extraordinary, and Seiya’s reflexes were also extraordinary. However, Seiya looked frustrated in comparison to Leon. Of course, I knew the reason why.
